Session Abstract:
Technology is a tool, but one that often funnels our every waking minute into hyper-productive tasks. While being a “digital citizen” can expand our personal and professional lives, it can also add to the concerning trend of digital burnout. Applying the stress test of “too much, too fast, too soon, too long” we’ll reframe our tech use and capacity for meaningful work.

In this conversational session participants will leave with tangible tips for:
A refreshed perspective on time management updated for the digital age
Navigating online networks and collaborations
Tech use, misuse, and creative strategies for adding ease to life with AI and other technologies
Methods for keeping up with news, emails, webinars, and other online opportunities, etc.
Clear ways to avoid overcommitment and digital “clutter”
