Presenter Information

Thank you for presenting at the 2025 National Extension Technology Conference (NETC)! We’re excited to have you share your expertise with our attendees in Ames, Iowa, from June 2-5, 2025. Below are key details to help you prepare for your session:

• Conference Registration & Accommodations
  If you haven’t already registered, please complete your registration and reserve your hotel room as soon as possible.
• Presentation Materials
  We encourage all presenters to use the official NETC 2025 PowerPoint template.
• Technology Setup
  Each session room will be equipped with a projector. Please plan to bring and use your own computer for your presentation. If you require additional technology or accommodations, let us know in advance.
• Co-Presenters
  If you have co-presenters, please confirm whether they will be attending in person or presenting remotely. In-person participation is preferred.
• Justification Letter
  If you need a formal justification letter to support your attendance, a template is available.
