- Conference Registration & Accommodations
If you haven’t already registered, please complete your registration and reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. - Presentation Materials
We encourage all presenters to use the official NETC 2025 PowerPoint template. - Technology Setup
Each session room will be equipped with a projector. Please plan to bring and use your own computer for your presentation. If you require additional technology or accommodations, let us know in advance. - Co-Presenters
If you have co-presenters, please confirm whether they will be attending in person or presenting remotely. In-person participation is preferred. - Justification Letter
If you need a formal justification letter to support your attendance, a template is available.
