Leveraging AI for Data Analysis in the Lifelong Learning Online Project: A UX Research Study

This study explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in analyzing qualitative data within the Lifelong Learning Online Project. The data, derived from interviews with instructors and program area leaders, will provide insights to develop a comprehensive repository of resources and guidelines for future instructors developing online learning products with ISU Extension and Outreach, Health and Human Sciences. This research highlights the methodologies employed, the AI tools utilized, and the impact of these technologies on the overall UX research process. The findings will offer valuable perspectives for professionals in Extension and Outreach, demonstrating the potential of AI to transform qualitative data analysis, improve user-centered design practices, and ensure higher quality assurance in future projects.
