You ask people to do things all day, every day. Restart this; plug in that; respond now; upload this; for heavens sake, don't click that. Their actions or inactions are the difference between a good day and a bad day — for them and you. You need a better way to communicate that solves problems quickly and prevents new ones from happening. In this session, we'll discuss simple strategies for clarifying your messaging to improve your interactions with clients, teammates, and colleagues. Although our examples will highlight IT professionals, every Extension staff member will find value in these communication solutions.
